Many SkShader subclasses are only friends to use makeColorSpace().
Our usual solution to this is to add a method on SkColorSpaceXformer
that calls makeColorSpace() for us, so that only SkColorSpaceXformer
needs to be a friend.
Just a refactor. No image diffs.
