Most of this is (obviously) not necessary to do, but once
I started, I figured I'd just get it all. Tools (nanobench,
DM, skiaserve), all GMs, benches, and unit tests, plus support
code (command line parsing and config stuff).
This is almost entirely mechanical.

The cost of switching render targets on each draw to make a custom
clip is enormous. There are virtually no circumstances where this will
outperform our cached, multi-threaded software mask generator. The
tried-and-true approach to clipping on-GPU is with analytic FPs. And
now that we support CCPR clip FPs, there ulitmately should be very few
clip stacks that even require a mask as long as they don't use
deprecated SkClipOps.

It doesn't make sense to multiply by coverage when drawing to stencil.
This could theoretically work with FPs that discard and/or modify
the sample mask, but for the time being an analytic FP means one that
calculates a coverage value.

Many tests and examples use drawText with
a guess of how long the text is in bytes,
or a call to strlen(). Add a helper to
SkCanvas to simplify these examples.
Add another helper for SkString.

gm.h includes sk_tool_utils.h but does not use it.
The bulk of this CL makes each gm that uses sk_tool_utils include it.
sk_tool_utils.h also provided SkRandom and SkTDArray,
so a couple GMs add those headers too.

We will be storing GrAppliedClips alongside ops. The op already stores the
clipped bounds. If GrAppliedClip has draw bounds then as ops combine the
GrAppliedClip's bounds should be merged to be consistent. However, we won't
actually ever use those bounds again so it would be wasteful to merge them.

This adds an additional param (of new enum type GrAA) to draws that can antialias and a new enum GrAAType to indicate the AA technique (none, fragment shader computed coverage, msaa).
Some GMs change due to this:
1) In some places we weren't disabling MSAA when the draw was supposed to be unantialiased.
2) Some bounding rect draws that use GrFragmentProcessors were unnecessarily turning on antialiasing, by disabling it a very small number of pixel LSBs change.
