Move vertex layout from GeometrySrcState to GrDrawState.
Also adds AutoStateRestore member to AutoGeometryPush to push DrawState as well as GeometrySrcState. And removed vertex layout as an argument to a number of functions -- they will get vertex layout info from the current DrawState.
