Improved `git annex p2p --link` to create a bi-directional link
automatically. Bi-directional links are desirable more often than not, so
it's the default behavior.
Also continued thinking about using magic wormhole for communicating
p2p addresses for pairing. And filed some more bugs on magic wormhole.
