Import the sources for the grpc java plugin
This is a copy of the relevant sources from https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java/ version 0.15.0 to build the grpc-java plugin. Change-Id: Ideaf6406d8c54eaf98d0cedf74af604061622c3e
