Add missing @Test annotations to JUnit 4 tests, reduce the visibility of test helper methods to prevent them from being confused for tests, or add @Ignore to purposely disabled tests. This paves the way for unknown commit, which will cause Blaze to complain when methods that look like test methods are not annotated with @Test.
