Control:
  - FIFO opened in /tmp/uzbl_pid
  - 'forward', 'back', 'http://www.blah.com', are the supported commands.

Bugs:
  - Segfault occurs on shutdown, almost definitely FIFO related
  - Segfault occurs when attempting to parse a command.
