This removes the behavior of trying to create a mask from the color mask. This updates the blur mask filter to handle kARGB32_Format directly by using just the alpha (which mirrors current behavior). Re-enable the code to test the emboss mask filter. Add a test to ensure that embossed text is drawn correctly, as before glyphs did not allocate the proper amount of memory for the k3D_Format which the emboss mask filter produces. Fixes SkEmbossMask::Emboss to write the whole of the mul and add planes to avoid pixel differences and MemorySanitizer errors. Update the GPU to understand the k3D_Format and use just the alpha plane, ignoring the mul and add plane which it currently cannot support. Their use-weighted byte cost is tiny. There is some downside to deduping matrices and regions. Even when they're not used, we prepare dictionaries for deduping them for every picture. Each of these dictionaries costs 160 bytes, so two unused dictionaries make a big chunk of the ~1100 bytes it takes to allocate an SkPictureRecord. (~330 come from parent class SkCanvas, 768 from SkPictureRecord itself, here reduced to 448). One side benefit of not deduping these guys is that the change weighs -140 lines of code. It may go without saying, but this breaks the picture format.
