This clarifies the ownership of the typefaces as well as removes a use
of SkRefCnt_SafeAssign which is currently a code smell.

Currently, in SkReadBuffer::readFlattenable, if reading the sizeRecorded
fails (or any previous read), then the read buffer is invalid and the
size returns zero. In this bug, it calls SkLine2DPathEffect::CreateProc
which never checks the validity of the readBuffer and returns a
valid object. Because the read size also is zero, then unset
but seemingly valid object gets returned to the caller.
Other failure cases return nullptr when the readBuffer is invalid, so
instead of making all procs handle this, just handle this at the end
of readFlattenable.
It'd be ideal if SkFlattenable::Deserialize could forward this error
back to the caller, but this seems like a smaller fix.

A follow-on API change *could* be to extend the SerialProcs to pass subset information
up to the client, in case they want to handle the subsetting step themselves.

This especially helps in SkDrawLooper because we can bail out early
instead of looping for a potentially long time, e.g. when fuzzed
input says count is a large number.
This also cleans up validate in a few spots, and adds validateCanReadN
as a helper function.

New behavior is to *always* call the client's deserial image proc for all data.
This allows the client to make decisions even on "std" image data like PNG.
The change also means that if there is no client deserial image proc, Skia will
still attempt to create an image from the data, even if it was written by a
custom serial proc.

the rowBytes computation is really unfortunate in ReadRawPixels when width or height is negative
In two instances uints were being read through the underlying SkReader32 rather than going through the readUInt virtual
In skip SkAlign4 can wrap around and return an answer of 0 for large size_ts!!

This fixes serialize-8888 for 2 GMs on Mac that I'm now unblacklisting.
I think another was already fixed, and two more were Windows-only.
Seems safe to use encoded_size=1 as another sentinel here (like we already
use =0); I can't imagine any encoded image format that can encode an image
in a single byte.
I suspect this is the root of the referenced bug too,
but this is a good idea even if not.

Now flattenables are serialized using a string name, so that
flattenables do not necessarily need to be registered before
serialization. They just need to override getTypeName().
Allows custom unflatten procs to be set on the SkReadBuffer.
This is optional if the flattenable is registered, but otherwise
must be called.
