I think we could make this work with SkRasterPipelineBlitter (tell it, draw white in Src mode with this mask), but the existing blitter is pretty hard to beat in efficiency and correctness. Two clients wanted the actual region: 1. layeriter for android 2. pdf Android already only has BW clips, so should be safe. PDF now overrides its clip methods to ensure that all clips are BW. This CL is largely mechanical translation from the old API to the new one. MathBench used this->getLoops() outside onDraw(), which seems incorrect. I fixed it.
