Now that SkOpts_hsw.cpp no longer hooks in SkRasterPipeline_opts,
it should be safe to try this again.
This reverts commit 86d55b312a2649d80890ccf75f24571ada0265f1.

...preferring SkA8_Coverage_Blitter over SkRasterPipelineBlitter.
I think we could make this work with SkRasterPipelineBlitter (tell it, draw white in Src mode with this mask), but the existing blitter is pretty hard to beat in efficiency and correctness.

Most call-sites that used it just took its bounds, so it was trivial to convert them
to get the bounds of the RasterClip. Two clients wanted the actual region:
1. layeriter for android
2. pdf
Android already only has BW clips, so should be safe.
PDF now overrides its clip methods to ensure that all clips are BW.

This is calved off of: https://codereview.chromium.org/1785643003/ (Switch SkBlurImageFilter over to new onFilterImage interface)
This now relies on: https://codereview.chromium.org/1813483002/ (ImagePixelLocker now manually allocates SkPixmap) to clean up the uses of SkAutoPixmapStorage in Chromium

This fixes every case where virtual and SK_OVERRIDE were on the same line,
which should be the bulk of cases. We'll have to manually clean up the rest
over time unless I level up in regexes.
for f in (find . -type f); perl -p -i -e 's/virtual (.*)SK_OVERRIDE/\1SK_OVERRIDE/g' $f; end

This idea came while commenting on
https://codereview.chromium.org/343583005/
Since SkBenchmark, SkBenchLogger and SkGMBench are not part of the Skia library,
they should not have the Sk prefix.

I'm not quite sure why I wrote such a convoluted API with setLoops()/getLoops().
This replaces it with a loops argument passed to onDraw().
This CL is largely mechanical translation from the old API to the new one.
MathBench used this->getLoops() outside onDraw(), which seems incorrect. I
fixed it.
