Remove deferred clear from SkGpuDevice
Add combining to GrClearBatch Fix issue with state tracking in GrGLGpu::createTestingOnlyBackendTexture Add tests for clearing GPU SkSurfaces and add tests for GrDrawContext::clear(). Add comment that SkCanvas::flush will resolve the RT in the GPU case.
