- confused (initialization) bug: assumed fixed.
- proof-shell-handle-error-hook has gone
- rpm relocatability improved
- Added auto-autoloads
- proof-goals-display-qed-message has gone
- added mechanism to close goal....<nosave> goal.... sequences
- Removed unimportant X's:
* X Consider filtering out special annotations from shell buffer
