dxva2: reject 10 bit HEVC
10 bit HEVC would require DXVA2_ModeHEVC_VLD_Main10, and most a
different surface type (judging by lavfsplitter source code, both
P010 and P016 would work). Since I'm unable to test this stuff,
exclude 10 bit for now.
