(`annex-rsync-options = -e 'ssh -p 2234'` gets split to `["rsync", "-e", "'ssh", "-p", "2234'"]` instead of `["rsync", "-e", "ssh -p 2234"]`). + +git-annex should respect shell splitting rules when looking at annex-rsync-options.
