+### Please describe the problem.
+
+datalad tests started to fail whenever I upgraded to todays fresh snapshot build.  But the reason is somewhat bizzar since addurl works (with the same output in --debug for curl invocation) if I downgrade to the snapshot build from few days back.  And I don't see any obviously related changes in the git log since prev snapshot :-/
