rename:
EIGEN_SIZE_MIN ---> EIGEN_SIZE_MIN_PREFER_DYNAMIC
EIGEN_MAXSIZE_MIN ---> EIGEN_SIZE_MIN_PREFER_FIXED
and make sure to use the latter in products xprs to determine the inner size.
