PKGBUILD-git improvements
- Remove two configure flags which just caused warnings.
- Replace `pkgver` function with a working one.
- Explicititly `cd` into `srcdir` before `gitname` as found in
`PKGBUILD-git.proto`.
- Bump `pkgrel`.
- Specify correct package version.
