| | | | | | | Add a new variable, `ABSL_LOCAL_GOOGLETEST_DIR`, that points to a local checkout of googletest. Building with `-DABSL_RUN_TESTS=ON -DABSL_USE_GOOGLETEST_HEAD=OFF` will then use that directory rather than cloning the googletest repo from GitHub.

As a result, the compiler can no longer assume that e.g. uint32 members are aligned on a four byte boundary and hence is forced to use single-byte load and store instructions on CPU architectures that do not support non-aligned loads or stores.
