This is all kind of silly... this is just a little bit of code that's
not really reachable, but there to satisfy compilers that can't figure
that out.

Called by SkRecordOptimize(), this moves all the NoOps to the end and
slices them off.
This implementation with std::remove_if() is linear and doesn't malloc.
