This CL updates various files in the includes directory to ensure that (1) they do
not depend on headers in /src and (2) that they minimize their dependence on external
headers.
To ensure that we don't regress this behavior a new build target has been added to
build a single cpp file that contains all* public includes and is compiled with
only those directories in the include path.
* The exception is those includes that depend on OS specific headers

Since GrPrintf is just defined to SkDebugf, we can go with the later
directly.

skia_ios.mm
Get the app's Documents directory and pass use it to set the resource path.
This is a quick hack which will be replaced by a new application that is
a tiny shim around a command line tool.
SkImageEncoder.h
SkForceLinking.cpp
SkImageDecoder_CG.cpp
Add support for FORCE_LINKING so iOS sees the PNG encoder and others.
SkFloatBits.cpp
SkPoint.cpp
Handle denormalized numbers that are floored by the iOS ARM processor.
SkImageDecoder_iOS.mm
Remove empty encoder factory.
SkTouchGesture.cpp
Return early on empty state on touch rather than aborting (crashing)
JpegTest.cpp
Hal via stackoverflow.com says partial jpegs can be gray as well.
skia_test.cpp
Remove crash handler call for now to avoid link failure.
OverwriteLine.h
Remove fancy line overwrite for iOS.
Resources.cpp
Add interface to set resource directory based on runtime query.

Currently X with most Window managers calls 'exit' when the close button
is used. This can cause issues as the Window is not properly destroyed.
With this change we can handle this window message and properly exit.

This is part of an effort to ensure that all SkPaint effects can only be
allocated on the heap.
This patch makes the constructors of SkMaskFilter and its subclasses non-public
and instead provides factory methods for creating these objects on the heap. We
temporarily keep constructor of publicly visible classes public behind a flag.

MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET is the minimum unconditionally supported OS,
which should just be 10.6 for us until Chrome changes. SDKROOT is the
maximum conditionally supported OS, which defaults sanely to whatever's
the latest SDK the machine has, so we don't need to mention it.

delays before events are processed when using SkEvent.postDelay().
The issue is with the use of a select loop to watch for events coming into the x11 file descriptor for the display. It turns out there may be XEvents queued in memory but not yet processed that need to be handled before entering the select loop. See: http://developerweb.net/viewtopic.php?id=3184

Add INHERITED declarations to class declarations that prevent
compilation with the flag.
Remove SK_DEFINE_INST_COUNT from all class implementations. Instead,
use function-local static variables in the reference count helper
classes to create the global instances to store the needed info. The
accessor functions are defined inline in the helper classes, so
definitions are not needed. The initialization point of the variables
should be as well defined as previously.
Remove SK_DECLARE_INST_COUNT_TEMPLATE and use SK_DECLARE_INST_COUNT
instead. This avoids possible future compilation errors further.
For SK_ENABLE_INST_COUNT=0 compilation, add an empty static member
function to all classes that use SK_DECLARE_INST_COUNT and
SK_DECLARE_INST_COUNT_ROOT macros. The function ensures that classes
contain public INHERITED typedef. This member function seems to be
compiled away. This shouĺd ensure that part of the compilation errors
are caught earlier.
Also adds DSK_DECLARE_INST_COUNT to few SkPDFDict subclasses.

While it doesn't matter on Windows, mingw on case-sensitive OSes uses all lower case filenames for platform include files. I found the problem in SkCondVar.h from Mozilla checkout of skia sources, but the patch contains a fix for the whole skia tree.
