Our internal definition is (and will continue to be) that anything with
a color space is gamma correct. F16 is irrelevant (whether or not we
choose to support untagged F16). This makes these helpers less than
helpful, and lets us remove them from (public) API.
API change is just removal (of unused functions).

Matches our naming convention for all other types - factories that
return sk_sp (or any type that intelligently manages its own
lifetime) are named Make.
Previous factories are still around, assuming
SK_SUPPORT_LEGACY_COLOR_SPACE_FACTORIES is defined. Enable that
define for Android, etc.

Ganesh now uses this to decide if it should perform gamma-correct
rendering, so the color space is necessary to get correct results in

This is no longer required - gamma-correctness is now just based on the
presence or absence of a color space.
Public API change is just removal of (unused) flag.

Trying to be much more explicit about where we really mean sRGB as a format,
and where we mean gamma-correct, as in: "not legacy behavior". Most of the
changes to rendering behavior are dependent on the latter, so let's be precise.

propagated in a few places so that the backend can do the right thing for L32 vs S32 mode.
Also added SkSurfaceProps to SkSpecialImage, so that Image -> Surface conversion can preserve the desired behavior during filtering.
Many small changes, including a bunch of comments about places where we may be losing information right now. My approach was to ensure that if anything fails, it will always fall back to "legacy" mode - gamma-correctness is opt-in, so I'll just have to feed things through as missing cases are exposed.

sRGB support now also requires GL_EXT_texture_sRGB_decode, which allows
us to disable sRGB -> Linear conversion when reading textures. This gives
us an easy way to support "legacy" L32 mode. We disable decoding based on
the pixel config of the render target. Textures can override that behavior
(specifically for format-conversion draws where we want that behavior).
Added sBGRA pixel config, which is not-really-a-format. It's just sRGBA
internally, and the external format is BGR order, so TexImage calls will
swizzle correctly. This lets us interact with sRGB raster surfaces on BGR
platforms.
Devices without sRGB support behave like they always have: conversion from
color type and profile type ignores sRGB and always returns linear pixel
configs.

default framebuffer is always (?) sRGB, but querying it to determine that is difficult or impossible. In addition, when running in "L32" mode, we stil want to exhibit the old behavior, where we pretended that it was not sRGB. Thus, set the pixel config of the render target based on the window's color and profile types. That triggers our code to turn on linear->sRGB conversion-on-write in flushRenderTarget.
NOte: Angle does not display correctly, due to limitations in the set of ES2 extensions it exposes. However, it can still be used to generate gamma-correct images (via DM, etc...).

Remove SkWindow::setColorType, it is used wrong and inconsistently.
The color type is actually property of window backbuffer, used when the
window is painted with software. This is as opposed to a generic window
property that would affect all operation.
Similar to MSAA sample count for window GPU backbuffer, the bitmap
backbuffer color type should be a parameter of "attach" or "create
window" functions, should this property ever be added back.
The apps use the call wrong, setting the type as kRGBA_8888
or kBGRRA_8888 without no apparent rationale. These color types
are incorrect, as the raster surface can not work with these.
Reorganize the SkWindow::resize, since no change in SkWindow backbuffer size does not neccessarily mean that SkView would not need the call.
Do not show the sw backbuffer color type in SampleApp title, as
it does not really provide any information. On small screens,
kBGRA_8888_ColorType fills up the whole title.

Eventually, this will be moved to be a peer of SampleApp so it is compiled by the bots to avoid future bit rot.
