Simplify GrGLPathRendering interface by removing polymorphism and functions that
simply wrap GL functions unnecessarily.
Replace the polymorphism by if -condition.
Call the unconditional GL functions directly. GrGLPath, GrGLPathRange and
GrGLPathRendering are part of the same logical subsystem. This means that the
subsystem implementation details are taken into account within these
classes. Example: if support for using conics would be added, the feature flag
would go to GrGLPathRendering::Caps, the emulation would go to GrGLPath instead of
GrGLPathRendering::pathCommands. Wrapping glPathCommandsNV is not useful.
Try to expose the interface fully in same logical level; rename fragment input
function to reflect this.

Separate GL path rendering state from GrGpuGL to GrGLPathRendering. This
makes GrGpuGL code simpler.
The intention is that while GrGpuGL represents the global environment for GL,
the GrGLPathRendering represents the global environment for path rendering
extension.
Add GrPathRendering, a base class for path rendering, and inherit
GrGLPathRendering from that. Move the path rendering virtual functions from
GrGpu to GrPathRendering.

Adds the glStencilThenCover* nvpr methods to GrGLInterface and starts
using them. When drawing multible paths, this will make it so we only
have to send the index/transform data once. It will also allow the
driver to save time internally.
The glStencilThenCover* methods are a newer addition, so they aren't
available on every driver. In the event that they are not present, we
emulate them using the existing glStencil*/glCover* methods.

- Change the debug marker strings sent by the GrGpuGL target to only grab the last object
added to the set of active markers. This improves the readability when we end up with a
large stack of trace markers. Any trace markers the come from the IODB will continue to
be squashed into a single debug marker

checks in a few places to make sure that we weren't using these pixel configurations in places that we shouldn't be.
LATC is a DXT-esque alpha compression format that goes by a few other names (RGTC, 3DC). It might be useful to investigate using it to compress the alpha masks that we get from software rasterization. This patch set adds enums for that and recognition whether or not the device can support it.

Before this change, an object needed to inherit from GrResource (and
thus be a GPU object) in order to live in the GrResourceCache. That
was a problem for caching items that weren't GPU objects themselves,
but owned GPU objects.
This change splits GrResource into two classes:
1. GrCacheable: The base class for objects that can live in the
GrResourceCache.
2. GrGpuObject, which inherits from GrCacheable: The base class for
objects that get tracked by GrGpu.
This change is purely a refactor; there is no change in functionality.

Use EXT_direct_state_access for path matrix manipulation when using
NV_path_rendering extension. This makes Chromium command buffer
integration easier, since the current matrix mode does not need to be
exposed as state and fewer function calls and enums are needed.

Use fixed function pipeline only when drawing paths. Previously FF
vertex shader was used when drawing normal geometry if path rendering
was enabled.
This is required to make Chromium integration easier. This way
fixed function vertex shading, including vertexshader-less programs,
need not be implemented in the Chromium command buffer.
Removes FF TexGen functionality, as it is not used anymore. Likewise
removes the fixedFunctionSupport GL capability flag.

According to the spec:
"If a framebuffer object is bound to <target>, then <attachments> may
contain COLOR_ATTACHMENT0, DEPTH_ATTACHMENT, and/or
STENCIL_ATTACHMENT. If the framebuffer object is not complete,
DiscardFramebufferEXT may be ignored.
If the default framebuffer is bound to <target>,
then <attachment> may contain COLOR, identifying the color buffer;
DEPTH, identifying the depth buffer; or STENCIL, identifying the
stencil buffer."
Do the same as in glInvalidateFramebuffer() case.
