SK_BUILD_FOR_WIN and SK_BUILD_FOR_WIN32 have long meant the same thing.

This particular test this is addressing is:
1. very large device (>32K in a test case)
2. drawPoints has special (fast) case where it converts all of the pts (rects) into fixed point
3. overflows fixed -- assert
Paths already don't draw into a device this large (they are limited by 32K I think, smaller if aa)
The (theoretical) solution for paths is to tile the draw itself. Perhaps that approach could be
applied everywhere in bitmapdevice...
This older issue sums up this idea: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/skia/issues/detail?id=2122
Will look into this general solution in a separate CL/effort.

The picture serialization code is a bit of a mess, with duplicated functions for streams and buffers.
Could not see how to fix that and land this at the same time, but I will try to circle back and
simplify if possible afterwards.

Modern processors support flush-to-zero and denormalized-are-zero
for floating point operations (with ARM NEON unable to disable them).
However, iOS on ARM is the only current system which defaults
processes to using both all the time. However, this is only iOS on
ARM, iOS on x86 (the simulator) does not. Correctly defining this
allows the math tests to run error free in the simulator.

skia_ios.mm
Get the app's Documents directory and pass use it to set the resource path.
This is a quick hack which will be replaced by a new application that is
a tiny shim around a command line tool.
SkImageEncoder.h
SkForceLinking.cpp
SkImageDecoder_CG.cpp
Add support for FORCE_LINKING so iOS sees the PNG encoder and others.
SkFloatBits.cpp
SkPoint.cpp
Handle denormalized numbers that are floored by the iOS ARM processor.
SkImageDecoder_iOS.mm
Remove empty encoder factory.
SkTouchGesture.cpp
Return early on empty state on touch rather than aborting (crashing)
JpegTest.cpp
Hal via stackoverflow.com says partial jpegs can be gray as well.
skia_test.cpp
Remove crash handler call for now to avoid link failure.
OverwriteLine.h
Remove fancy line overwrite for iOS.
Resources.cpp
Add interface to set resource directory based on runtime query.
