Bug: chromium:807324
Though these pngs are technically incorrect, many such PNGs exist, and
they are supported in Chromium. Ensure that users of SkCodec (e.g.
Android, Flutter) display them as well.

Rather than restricting the supported ICC types in MakeICC, create any
ICC type that we support, and make the client reject them as necessary
by querying the SkColorSpace::Type.
Remove ICCTypeFlag and replace uses of it with SkColorSpace::Type.
This depends on a change in Chromium
(https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/741843).
Without that, this change will start allowing non-CMYK images to use
CMYK profiles.

Make initializeColorXform private, and only call in the base class.
Add virtual method to skip initializeColorXform, for classes that do
not need one.
Change SkCodec::FrameInfo's SkAlphaType to an SkEncodedInfo::Alpha.
This allows proper checking internally whether SkCodec needs to do a
color correct premultiply.
Depends on https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/620947, for this
API change.

Update NewFromStream to report an error on failure to create an
SkCodec, so that a client can distinguish between
- not enough data
- invalid data
In Chromium, this will allow blink::ImageDecoder to call SetFailed if
the stream is invalid early and we never create an SkCodec. Without
this, ImageDecoder will keep trying to create an SkCodec when it
receives more data.

Most SkCodec subclasses did the following to apply their
SkColorSpaceXform:
dstFormat = select_xform_format(dstInfo.colorType());
srcFormat = select_xform_format(<something that doesn't change>);
xformAlphaType = select_xform_alpha(dstInfo.alphaType(),
this->getInfo().alphaType());
this->colorXform()->apply(dstFormat, dst, srcFormat, src, width,
xformAlphaType);
Consolidate the computation of these parameters into SkCodec and add a
new method to SkCodec that calls apply() with those parameters.
Add a SkColorSpaceXform::ColorFormat to SkCodec. This allows the new
method SkCodec::applyColorXform to supply the ColorFormat.

Better imitate the original Android bug. Create a stream with
multiple images in it, and verify that it successfully decodes after
decoding once.
This exposes a bug in SkPngCodec, which did not work for interlaced
images.
Test more formats that also happen to succeed: ICO, BMP, and WBMP
This explicitly does *not* attempt to fix sampled or subset
decodes, which already stopped early when decoding as an
optimization.

If process_data is unable to read (and therefore process) as many bytes
as it expects, process the bytes read before returning false.
Fixes differences in Gold.
Add a test that verifies that it is okay to call png_process_data with
0 bytes. (We could special case 0, but libpng already checks for 0.)

(Originally uploaded as 13900.)
Previously, SkPngCodec assumed that the stream only contained one
image, which ended at the end of the stream. It read the stream in
arbitrarily-sized chunks, and then passed that data to libpng for
processing.
If a stream contains more than one image, this may result in reading
beyond the end of the image, making future reads read the wrong data.
Now, SkPngCodec starts by reading 8 bytes at a time. After the
signature, 8 bytes is enough to know which chunk is next and how many
bytes are in the chunk.
When decoding the size, we stop when we reach IDAT, and when decoding
the image, we stop when we reach IEND.
This manual parsing is necessary to support APNG, which is planned in
the future. It also allows us to remove the SK_GOOGLE3_PNG_HACK, which
was a workaround for reading more than necessary at the beginning of
the image.
Add a test that simulates the issue, by decoding a special stream that
reports an error if the codec attempts to read beyond the end.
Temporarily disable the partial decoding tests for png. A larger change
will be necessary to get those working again, and no clients are
currently relying on incrementally decoding PNGs (i.e. decode part of
an image, then decode further with more data).
Include a workaround for older versions of libpng (e.g. 1.2 in
Google3). In older versions, if the row callback is null when the
IDAT header is processed, reading the image will fail. When we see the
IDAT, we save the length and process a recreated IDAT header later,
after the row callback has been set.
Bug: skia:5368
Bug:b/34073812
Test: Existing tests, plus a new test in dm.

This fixes a bug that was exposed when I added color space
support for 565 decodes.
Before this CL, we would sometimes fill incomplete images with
R and B swapped.
This fixes that issue. Part of the fix is the decision to do 565
xforms when building the color table (then just swizzle to 565),
rather than do them per pixel after swizzling.

(1) Parse ICC gray profiles into RGB SkColorSpace objects. This is
easy - "gray transfer fn + white point" is subset of "RGB transfer fns
+ matrix". This makes it easier/possible for the drawing code to reason
about color spaces attached to kGray buffers.
(2) Allow gray images to be tagged with gray ICCs OR rgb ICCs. ICC gray
forces to designer to use "D50 gray". It is not uncommon to see gray
images with RGB profiles - and this actually allows the designer to
choose more kinds of gray (ex: sRGB gray).
(3) Make SkJpegCodec support gray images with RGB ICCs.
(4) Make SkPngCodec support gray images with Gray ICCs.
(5) Delete gray from SkColorSpace_A2B - we no longer create these objects
for gray profiles.

Android plans to use 16-bit png to encode higher precision assets.
This CL should not change any behavior or cause diffs on Gold.
It simply moves the 16-bit -> 8-bit strip from libpng to SkSwizzler.
As a follow-up, I plan to add support for 16-bit input to
SkColorSpaceXform. This will require a new swizzler function that
just samples or subsets 16-bit values (but does not strip to 8-bit).
An alternative implementation could avoid the additional swizzler
functions by deciding whether or not to call png_set_strip() at
decode time (we would still need the swizzler fn to sample/subset
16-bit values). I find this strategy to be cleaner than that.
I would rather handle 16-bit rgb(a) all the time than *some* of
the time. And this is implementation is also more efficient
than libpng. Though it is also more skia code.
Gray and gray alpha are left alone until I know whether anyone
wants high precision gray support.

Tool will now check for and output all unsuccessfully parsed ICC
profiles in input sksp images if --testColorCorrectionSupported is set
as a flag. All ICC-aware codecs had to be slightly modified in order to
expose this information, as the logic for accessing the ICC profiles is
all within the codecs. If --writeFailedImages is set, it will also
output all images whoses ICC profiles were not supported.

Matches our naming convention for all other types - factories that
return sk_sp (or any type that intelligently manages its own
lifetime) are named Make.
Previous factories are still around, assuming
SK_SUPPORT_LEGACY_COLOR_SPACE_FACTORIES is defined. Enable that
define for Android, etc.

(1) The transformation code *should* support any src SkColorSpace
that we successfully parse. This is agreed upon internally and
by clients. The fact that we currently don't is just a bug...
(2) We cannot and will not support all SkColorSpaces as dsts.
So if we fail to make a SkColorSpaceXform, we should assume that
it was caused by a bad dst color space. The correct response in
this case is to return kInvalidConversion. I've rewritten the CL
to do this.
The fact that weird src spaces will sometimes trigger a
kInvalidConversion is just a bug that is being actively worked on.

crrev.com/2420843003 (DIFFERENT ISSUE) resulted in a slight difference
in Gold for interlaced PNGs. The new images appeared to have slid down
slightly, implying that we sampled pixels higher (earlier) in the
image.
It turns out we were not truly taking get_start_coord into account.
This CL initializes the srcRow to consider get_start_coord, and should
fix the problem/difference.

In the initial patch, we modified the subset passed to incremental
decoding to account for sampling in Y. This allowed SkSampledCodec to
use a tighter bounds. But it also means that the implementation cannot
distinguish between lines that are excluded due to subsetting and those
excluded at the beginning and end due to sampling. This becomes
problematic in GIF (crrev.com/2045293002), which may need to fill,
requiring it to reconstruct the actual destination. In truth,
SkGifCodec does not need to support subsets, but cannot distinguish
between the tighter bounds and a true subset.
Fix this by passing the scaled subset to incremental decode, without
using the tighter bounds.
Make SkSampler::rowNeeded take the starting coordinate into account.
In SkPngCodec, compute the number of rows needed in the output, and use
that as a signal to stop.
