RotatedRectBench was asking for its base layer size, which may
not be what it expects with odd canvas modes (particularly proxies).
Most benchmarks are not so sophisticated; they hard-wire their
size and just use that (expected) value.

This fixes every case where virtual and SK_OVERRIDE were on the same line,
which should be the bulk of cases. We'll have to manually clean up the rest
over time unless I level up in regexes.
