I can't create an IPFS external remote.

Start IPFS with `ipfs daemon`, run `git annex initremote ipfs type=external externaltype=ipfs encryption=none` (as per https://git-annex.branchable.com/special_remotes/ipfs/)

Yes, git-annex works for everything and I use lots of special remotes and normal remotes in different computers.
