### Please describe the problem.

When trying to add certain Youtube downloads to my annex, git annex addurl fails with

quvi get https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZQ4-jXqfSk on the other hand works just fine, though.

I have run git annex with --debug and see that the last command executed is

Looking at its results (and the code), it looks like it parses QUVI_MEDIA_PROPERTY_TITLE. Failures with downloading occur for other URLs which have non-ASCII chars (here: „, “), too, so I assume that's where the bug could be hidden:

I love it. It has motivated me enough to start organizing my files spread on different machines, disks etc. at least a little :-)
