### Please describe the problem.
When i start "git annex assistant" it starts normally without messages and then even syncs one time. But then after a minute or so it stops doing anything. I see it in "ps aux" but it doesn't autoprocess directory anymore. Repo is in "direct" mode.

### What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
CentOS 6.5, standalone git-annex 5.20140421-g515d251 unpacked in /home/filesync/git-annex.linux/ and in $PATH.
