Getting file from a linux rsync special remote from a windows machine is impossible.

git annex get .

### What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
5.20140316-gbe47273 on windows 8.

### Please provide any additional information below.

Launching in debug mode, we see the wrong \\ used instead of / used. Syntax that rsync doesn't understand on a linux box.
