casts of ints to evars.
- 2 in Evarutil and Goal which are really needed, even though the Goal
one could (and should) be removed;
- 2 in G_xml and Detyping that are there for completeness sake, but
that might be made anomalies altogether;
- 1 in Newring which is quite dubious at best, and should be fixed.

The warning output by vernacextend when the classifier is missing
is the documentation of this commit:
Warning: Vernac entry "Foo" misses a classifier. A classifier is a
function that returns an expression of type vernac_classification (see
Vernacexpr). You can:
- Use '... EXTEND Foo CLASSIFIED AS QUERY ...' if the new
vernacular command does not alter the system state;
- Use '... EXTEND Foo CLASSIFIED AS SIDEFF ...' if the new
vernacular command alters the system state but not the parser nor it starts
a proof or ends one;
- Use '... EXTEND Foo CLASSIFIED BY f ...' to specify a global
function f. The function f will be called passing "Foo" as the
only argument;
- Add a specific classifier in each clause using the syntax:
'[...] => [ f ] -> [...]'.
Specific classifiers have precedence over global classifiers. Only one
classifier is called.

The process_transaction function adds a new edge to the Dag without
executing the transaction (when possible).
The observe id function runs the transactions necessary to reach to the
state id. Transaction being on a merged branch are not executed but
stored into a future.
The finish function calls observe on the tip of the current branch.
Imperative modifications to the environment made by some tactics are
now explicitly declared by the tactic and modeled as let-in/beta-redexes
at the root of the proof term. An example is the abstract tactic.
This is the work described in the Coq Workshop 2012 paper.
Coq is compile with thread support from now on.

This way, we avoid relying on the add_auto_init hook. This hook
is left for the moment, but could probably be removed someday.
We also stop using create_hint_db, which has an effect on the libstack.
This wasn't a problem per se, but could if init_summaries is used more
(for instance to temporary reset coq).

- Most of the time, the table registered via Summary.declare_summary
is just a single reference. A new function Summary.ref now allows
to both declare this ref and register it to summary in one shot.
- Clarifications concerning the role of [init_function].
For statically registered tables that don't need a special initializer,
just do nothing there (see the new Summary.nop function).
Beware: now that Summary exports a function named "ref", any code that
do an "open Summary" will probably fail to compile.

- Fix caching of local hint database in typeclasses eauto which could
miss some hypotheses.
- Fix automatic solving of obligation in program, which was not trying
to solve obligations that had no undefined dependencies left.
Fix a warning in fourierR.ml.

interleaving of ltac and ml code is not visible (this particularly
applies to ltac notation ring, which calls ml-level ring_lookup and
Ring again at the ltac level, resulting in non-localisation of "ring"

Added also missing LtacLocated checks in Class_instance and Proofview.

instead of a general constr: this is the most common case and does
not loose generality (one can simply define constrs before Hint Resolving
them). Benefits:
- Natural semantics for typeclasses, not class resolution needed at
Hint Resolve time, meaning less trouble for users as well.
- Ability to [Hint Remove] any hint so declared.
- Simplifies the implementation as well.

When an evar with candidates remain unsolved after unification, the
first candidate is taken as a heuristic.
This is used in particular to reduce the number of pending conversion
problems when trying to infer the return clause of a pattern-matching
problem. As an example, this repairs test 2615.v.

This adds two experimental features to the typeclass implementation:
- Path cuts: a way to specify through regular expressions on instance names
search pathes that should be avoided (e.g. [proper_flip proper_flip]).
Regular expression matching is implemented through naïve derivatives.
- Forward hints for subclasses: e.g. [Equivalence -> Reflexive] is no
longer applied backwards, but introducing a specific [Equivalence] in the
environment register a [Reflexive] hint as well. Currently not
backwards-compatible, the next patch will allow to specify direction
of subclasses hints.

flag to forbid rewriting tactics to instantiate an evar of the goal
while looking for subterms (this is not clear that we always want that
for rewrite but we certainly want it for autorewrite; see comments
by Charguéraud on coqdev Oct 2010).
In a few cases in the theories, a pre-existing evar of an hyp used for
rewriting is instantiated by the rewriting step. Let's accept this at
the current time.
We have to make progress towards documenting and stabilizing the
strategy for matching/unifying subterms in rewrite/induction/set...
