Up to this point the `lib` directory contained two different library
archives, `clib.cma` and `lib.cma`, which a rough splitting between
Coq-specific libraries and general-purpose ones.
We know split the directory in two, as to make the distinction clear:
- `clib`: contains libraries that are not Coq specific and implement
common data structures and programming patterns. These libraries
could be eventually replace with external dependencies and the rest
of the code base wouldn't notice much.
- `lib`: contains Coq-specific common libraries in widespread use
along the codebase, but that are not considered part of other
components. Examples are printing, error handling, or flags.
In some cases we have coupling due to utility files depending on Coq
specific flags, however this commit doesn't modify any files, but only
moves them around, further cleanup is welcome, as indeed a few files
in `lib` should likely be placed in `clib`.
Also note that `Deque` is not used ATM.

the new Int module. Only the most obvious were removed, so there
are a lot more in the wild.
This may sound heavyweight, but it has two advantages:
1. Monomorphization is explicit, hence we do not miss particular
optimizations of equality when doing it carelessly with the generic
equality.
2. When we have removed all the generic equalities on integers, we
will be able to write something like "let (=) = ()" to retrieve all
its other uses (mostly faulty) spread throughout the code, statically.

especially about unused definitions, unused opens and unused rec
flags.
The following patch uses information gathered using these warnings to
clean Coq source tree. In this patch, I focused on warnings whose fix
are very unlikely to introduce bugs.
(a) "unused rec flags". They cannot change the semantics of the program
but only allow the inliner to do a better job.
(b) "unused type definitions". I only removed type definitions that were
given to functors that do not require them. Some type definitions were
used as documentation to obtain better error messages, but were not
ascribed to any definition. I superficially mentioned them in one
arbitrary chosen definition to remove the warning. This is unaesthetic
but I did not find a better way.
(c) "unused for loop index". The following idiom of imperative
programming is used at several places: "for i = 1 to n do
that_side_effect () done". I replaced "i" with "_i" to remove the
warning... but, there is a combinator named "Util.repeat" that
would only cost us a function call while improving readibility.
Should'nt we use it?

* Many of_string and to_string could be replaced by of_int and to_int
when the number isn't too large. NB: to_int may raise a Failure
if the number is larger than max_int.
* In numbers_syntax, computing the height of bigN trees via bigint
is *really* overkill, int should be enough there : this limits
printable/parsable bigN to (2^31)^(2^max_int) ...

In the chosen representation of negative numbers, (-base) is
actually legal as first element of an int array. This situation
was wrongly handled by many functions in this module, leading to
possible non-canonical representation of a big number, and hence
faulty "equal" answers or buggy output of "to_string".
For instance, on a 32-bit machine :
open Big_int;;
to_string (sub (of_string "-10000") (of_string "-1000000"));;
(* was displaying 9810000 instead of 990000 *)
Also simplified "of_string", which now rely on "neg" for handling
negative numbers.
Btw, improved checks comparing w.r.t OCaml's Big_int instead of float.

- Many of them were broken, some of them after Pierre B's rework
of mli for ocamldoc, but not only (many bad annotation, many files
with no svn property about Id, etc)
- Useless for those of us that work with git-svn (and a fortiori
in a forthcoming git-only setting)
- Even in svn, they seem to be of little interest

This commit concerns about the first half of the useless code
mentionned by Oug for coqtop (without plugins). For the moment,
Oug is used in a mode where any elements mentionned in a .mli
is considered to be precious. This already allows to detect and
remove about 600 lines, and more is still to come.
Among the interesting points, the type Entries.specification_entry
and its constructors SPExxx were never used. Large parts of cases.ml
(and hence subtac_cases.ml) were also useless.
