This now works not only for parsing of fun/forall (as in 8.6), but
also for arbitraty notations with binders and for printing.

This allows in particular to define notations with 'pat style binders.
E.g.:
A non-trivial change in this commit is storing binders and patterns
separately from terms.
This is not strictly necessary but has some advantages.
However, it is relatively common to have binders also used as terms,
or binders parsed as terms. Thus, it is already relatively common to
embed binders into terms (see e.g. notation for ETA in output test
Notations3.v) or to coerce terms to idents (see e.g. the notation for
{x|P} where x is parsed as a constr).
So, it is as simple to always store idents (and eventually patterns)
as terms.

For instance, the following is now possible:
Check {(x,y)|x+y=0}.
Some questions remains. Maybe, by consistency, the notation should be
"{'(x,y)|x+y=0}"...

The internal detype function takes an additional arguments dictating
whether it should be eager or lazy.
We introduce a new type of delayed `DAst.t` AST nodes and use it for
`glob_constr`.
Such type, instead of only containing a value, it can contain a lazy
computation too. We use a GADT to discriminate between both uses
statically, so that no delayed terms ever happen to be
marshalled (which would raise anomalies).
We also fix a regression in the test-suite:
Mixing laziness and effects is a well-known hell. Here, an exception
that was raised for mere control purpose was delayed and raised at a
later time as an anomaly. We make the offending function eager.

Now it is a private field, locations are optional.

Previously a union type was used for externing.
In particular, moving extended_glob_local_binder to glob_constr.ml.

Also getting rid of a global side-effect.

This allows to define on purpose the very same notation in different
files, as currently the notations for *, +, - in Nat.v and Peano.v
(with the first one using variables n and m and the second one using
the default variables used by Infix, namely x and y).
This makes also the "notation-overridden" warning less enigmatic
facing two notations which are the same up to the choice of names.

functions about interpretation, internalization, externalization of
notations.
Main syntactic changes:
- subst_aconstr_in_glob_constr -> instantiate_notation_constr
(because aconstr has been renamed to notation_constr long time ago)
- extern_symbol -> extern_notation
(because symbol.ml has been renamed to notation.ml long time ago)
- documentation of notations_ops.mli
Main semantic changes:
- Notation_ops.eq_glob_constr which was partial eq disappears: use
glob_constr_eq instead
- In particular, this impacts a change on funind which now use the
(fully implemented) glob_constr_eq
Somehow, instantiate_notation_constr should be in notation_ops.ml for
symmetry with match_notation_constr but it is bit painful to do.

With ocaml 4.01, the 'unused open' warning also checks the mli :-)
Beware: some open are reported as useless when compiling with camlp5,
but are necessary for compatibility with camlp4. These open are now
marked with a comment.

used, they are automatically flagged as only parsing. CAVEAT: unused
arguments are not typechecked, because they are dropped before the
interpretation phase.

were closed (i.e. the only remaining ones are those of printing/parsing).
Meanwhile, a simplified interface is provided in loc.mli.
This also permits to put Pp in Clib, because it does not depend on
CAMLP4/5 anymore.
