information worn by exceptions. The implementation is quite hackish
but it should work nonetheless.
Basically, it adds an additional cell to exceptions arguments, in
which you can put whatever you want. By typing invariants, you may
not reach this cell by normal means, so it should be safe.

The offending functor in NZOrder wasn't actually used, so
I've commented it for now.
Btw, the Not_found in coqchk is now turned into something slightly
more informative

Using OCaml 3.11+ builtin facilities to record stack frames during
exception raising, we can now recover at runtime the backtrace of
an uncaught toplevel exception and display it to the user, without
the infamous OCaml debugger. The backtrace is displayed when using
the [-debug] flag.
This requires a bit of discipline, as each time we reraise an
exception we need to keep track of those frames we discarded
between the previous raise and the current [try-with] branch.
Currently, only [Anomaly] is handled, but this can be ported to any
exception as long as we add the backtrace info into the exception,
and we provide the corresponding handler to
[Backtracke.register_backtrace_handler].
Hopefully this should not be to costly, as we only do little work
when reraising, and only with the [-debug] flag set.

kernel on CAMLP4/5 structures, and consequently should also erase
such structures from vo files.
This modification requires some code duplication, mainly while
reimplementing our own location data type. This is chiefly visible
in the ml4 files, where CAMLP4/5 locations must be manually converted
to our locations with an explicit (!@) cast operator.

List module. That way, an "open Util" in the header permits using
any function of CList in the List namespace (and in particular, this
permits optimized reimplementations of the List functions, as, for
example, tail-rec implementations.

Meanwhile, a simplified interface is provided in loc.mli.
This also permits to put Pp in Clib, because it does not depend on
CAMLP4/5 anymore.

- Clib that does not depend on camlpX and is made to be shared by all coq
tools/scripts/...
- Lib that is Coqtop specific
As a side effect for the build system :
- Coq_config is in Clib and does not appears in makefiles
- only the BEST version of coqc and coqmktop is made
- ocamlbuild build system fails latter but is still broken
(ocamldebug finds automatically Unix but not Str. I've probably done something wrong here.)

We now accept the following code: Definition E := 0. Module E. End E.
Techically, we simply allow the same label to occur at most twice in
a structure_body, which is a (label * structure_field_body) list).
These two label occurences should not be at the same level of fields
(e.g. a SFBmodule and a SFBmind are ok, but not two SFBmodule's or
a SFBmodule and a SFBmodtype). Gain : a minimal amount of code change.
Drawback : no more simple List.assoc or equivalent should be performed
on a structure_body ...

Util only depends on Ocaml stdlib and Utf8 tables.
Generic pretty printing and loc functions are in Pp.
Generic errors are in Errors.
+ Training white-spaces, useless open, prlist copies random erasure.
Too many "open Errors" on the contrary.

When doing a [check_subtypes env mtb1 mtb2], we used to always add [mtb1]
in the environment. But since the stricter checks of commit r14150, this
is an error if the environment already knows [mtb1] (for instance
when doing (F M) and checking that M is compatible with the type of the
arg of F.
[check_subtypes] now expect [mtb1] to be already in env, and we move the
add_module to the unique call site of this function that requires it.
Moreover, we solve a second issue : when subtyping a functor, we
update the environment once inside the functor, and this is also
refused by the checks of commits r14150. So we first remove the module
name from the env before doing the update. Since the module added
earlier was a functor, there is no inner defs to chase in env.
