Better unification for [projT1] and [proj1_sig].
This way, [fun A (P : A -> Prop) (X : sigT P) => proj1_sig X] unifies
with [fun A (P : A -> Prop) (X : sigT P) => projT1 X].
This closes Bug 3043.
